The Canadian Council of the Blind

Based on Belief and Ability, not disability, the Canadian Council of the Blind (CCB) is a vibrant network of people with vision loss who are active in local Chapters across Canada. The National office is based out of Ottawa. The council is governed by its members. All members of the National Board of Directors are people with vision loss.

The CNIB/VLR (Vision Loss Rehabilitation) are community based services that empower Canadians who are blind or partially sighted, not just to live independently - but to see beyond vision loss.
